They really do employ the kindest, most professional people in all functions - from their customer service reps to their movers. Their drivers were amazing too, managing to take shortcuts to avoid several traffic jams and drastically reduce the length of moving day. I was so happy with their work that I tipped them handsomely - or at least tried to! They were having none of it. Bless!
